JOB DESCRIPTION:
The New York Institute of Finance is expanding business lines across regions and verticals. We are looking to hire 2-3 exceptional management graduates and financial professionals to work at an associate level on NYIF’s various functional and strategic business initiatives. These roles offer the opportunity to be part of multiple projects executed by close-knit, small teams and in a start-up-like high performance, agile environment. As successful candidates, you will work directly under the guidance of the Global Programs director or the Academic and Content Strategy director.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Strategy and Content development for NYIF’s various educational programs, which consist of a mix of in-person and digital training solutions across the business and financial services industry.
- Strategic advisory and Investment consulting assignments as part of the NYIF Consulting team for NYIF’s own initiatives

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA or MS degree with a specialization in any Strategy, Finance, Education, or Technology management
Coding experience in Python, R, and/or Visual Basic will be an added plus - Ability to independently research and report on a variety of business and financial topics
- Excellent verbal, and written communication skills
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency in Mandarin Chinese or Spanish will be desired.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Strong learning agility and ability to deal with ambiguity and changes while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
- Excellent time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative ability to identify and envision trends of the future
- Passion for education, financial services, and business management in general
- Being an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
- Strong personal credibility, and respect for cultural and ethnic diversity.
