JOB DESCRIPTION:

The New York Institute of Finance is seeking 2-3 exceptional individuals as interns to support our curriculum development for NYIF’s in demand educational programs, which consist of a mix of in person and digital training solutions across the business and financial service industry. Interns will also have opportunities to work with NYIF consulting team to work on strategic advisory assignments as well.

We are looking for academically driven professionals who can help us elevate the level of programming to our clients. These interns are responsible for assisting NYIF’s Academic Director and Global Programs Director to develop solutions regarding their financial training and consulting needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the research and development of presentation materials, interactivities, and assessments for financial and technological training programs.
  • Support Consulting Assignments with research and technical assistance.
  • Assist in the development of MOOC training programs on Coursera and edX
  • Research and design case studies for use in training programs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA or MS degree with specialization in any of Strategy, Finance, Education, or Technology Management
  • Coding experience in Python, R and/or Visual Basic will be an added plus
  • Ability to independently research and report on a variety of business and financial topics
  • Excellent verbal, and written communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
