The Chartered Investment Banking Analyst program teaches you everything you need to know to succeed in the competitive world of corporate finance and investment banking. Candidates will gain familiarity with US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards, learn how to value investment projects under uncertain conditions, develop critical financial modeling skills, be able to assess company credit quality, and gain a thorough understanding of the M&A process from target company identification to funding strategies and deal structuring.

The CIBA curriculum comprises of five Professional Certificates courses. Each course is an intensive, hands-on learning experience delivered over five days. You can attend the in-person classroom sessions in New York, or you can participate in our virtual classrooms in real time, from anywhere in the world using our online learning platform.

Candidates must complete in-class or online examinations within 6 weeks of completing each Certificate program. Each examination comprises 20 multiple-choice questions that must be completed within one hour.
